TKS Showcase
I got to present my most recent project at The Knowledge Society showcase event. In case you haven’t read my last newsletter, I’ve recently finished building an AI model that can predict cardiac arrests ahead of time. By using an LSTM (special type of model), I was able to forecast and analyze ECG signals, which provide solid indicators of cardiac arrests. Also, I was the first one to present 😬 and on top of that I was presenting to everyone on Gather.
If you haven’t heard of Gather - its an excellent video conferencing platform for engaging a large number of people. Check it out!
But despite the nerve - wracking presentation, I had a lot of fun talking to many experts in AI, fusion energy, and VR including: Clemente Parga, Danish Dhamani, Sasha Ivanov.
Amazon AHEAD Showcase
I also got to present my project at the Amazon HQ2 in Crystal City! I was one of 60 people chosen to present, and I’m super grateful for the opportunity to enhance my public speaking skills.
Summer ☀️
I’m a free bird! I finished all my final exams at school with flying colors and finished my last TKS project! So what’s next….?
Experimentation
I’ve decided to embrace the mindset of experimentation this summer by creating my own structure. Its better to fail fast than failing in my 30s and living a life without a defined structure or purpose. I also realized that to create my own structure, I need people in my life that will hold me accountable to that structure. I’m extremely grateful that I have such an amazing group of accountability partners / friends at TKS
. I’m also grateful to my amazing mentor, Aatik Chopra, who has helped me created these systems of accountability. What I’ve Been Watching 👀
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoy reading what I’ve been working on and learn something cool from my newsletters!
